20% of all Tools profits go to the modifier pool
You can install any modifier you want on the ship according to the rarity of your ship.

The pool is distributed every hour among those modifiers that are currently traveling.
Profit of 1 mod's share = Hour Pool / Total number of mod's shares at the moment
The formula for repairing a ship.
Modifier repair price = Total modifier Profit * Modifier Repair Multiplier
